Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal & Return

Deadline and Conditions

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Prior approval by email is mandatory before returning any item and must be obtained at info@noxera.ca.

No return label will be provided.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs :

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason


Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Reduced or discounted items are excluded from exchange or refund.

Personalized or made-to-order items, as well as underwear and swimwear, are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons, regardless of whether they are sealed or not.


Returns & Packaging

Returns are only accepted at our authorized return center in Asia.

The customer is fully responsible for secure and appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Any damage or loss occurring during return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer; no refund will be issued in such cases.


Processing & Refund

Refunds are issued only after prior approval and inspection of the returned goods.

Processing may take up to 14 working days after receipt of the return.

Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used for the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Defective or Incorrect Items

In the event of delivery of a defective or incorrect product, replacement goods only will be sent, subject to availability.

Refunds are excluded in these cases.
