We deliver internationally. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time
Average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
The total delivery time is usually 7 to 15 days.
These timeframes are non-binding and provided for guidance only.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking link will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.

Delivery address
The customer is fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
No refund will be issued for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Warranty and liability
If a defective product or an incorrect item is received, a replacement product will be sent, subject to availability.
Refunds are excluded in such cases.
Liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order.
In the event of package loss during transport, responsibility lies solely with the shipping carrier; no refund will be provided.

Uncollected or refused packages
No refund will be issued for packages that are not collected on time or if delivery is refused by the customer.
